After 7 days of having no hot water or heating I called Darren to fix the immersion.

He was round within the hour and fixed the fault in 15 minutes. When asked to quote for a new boiler he responded within the hour with a competitive quote, which I accepted. Darren installed the boiler within 72 hours.

Darren is punctual, professional and competitive. A rarity in these times.

Can't fault Darren. Called him out to look at leaking bathroom sink. Sorted quickly, then asked him to look at a problem shower, that hadn't worked properly since being fitted 2 years ago, that numerous plumbers had failed to resolve. Darren quickly identified the problem and resolved the poor pressure and fluctuating temps.

BAXI ECO BLUE COMBI BOILER INSTALLATION

ALways satisfying to install a brand new boiler for a client. The previous boiler was causing the client lots of problems, not to mention sky-high gas bills! The Baxi Eco Blue is an excellent combi boiler, it's 89% efficient and comes with a 7-year warranty. What's not to like?

CLOAKROOM RENOVATION

It might be the smallest room in the house but that doesn't mean it should be neglected! We were really pleased to help our client bring their cloakroom up to date with a brand new toilet and sink/vanity unit combo. Looks great and was a pleasure to install!
